Please re-send to Ulf Hansson <ulf.hansson@linaro.org> and
linux-pm@vger.kernel.org since this driver has moved to the
GENERIC PM DOMAIN PROVIDERS subsystem.

I'll take the DT patch since bindings patch was reviewed.
