Ok, if you want to live dangerously, try the MMIO enabled via-rhine driver.
Get the patch (against a => 2.4.10 kernel tree I believe) here:

I'm running it right now and it works on my two D-Link DFE-530TX's.
Should I say "[PATCH]" in the subject line btw?
