Hi Markus,
blend_modes is the driver data that describes the supported blend mode
in current platform no matter format would be any one.
This sentence is describing mtk_ovl_fmt_convert() will check if the
blend_modes included BIT(DRM_MODE_BLEND_PREMULTI).
