This is dead code that can't possibly be hit, because there would be a 
NULL pointer dereference above for this line:

	struct amd_cpudata *cpudata = policy->driver_data;

Furthermore, the caller for this function, amd_pstate_cpu_boost() has
the same check already.

So drop the check here.
