How stable are these numbers?

It looks like the bogo ops/s number without the local_bh_disable
was 17233711, while the number is 19803127 after.

That looks like a 14% speedup.

This is not back to the 28440843 you had before 
MMU_GATHER_RCU_TABLE_FREE was enabled unconditionally,
but it does reduce the size of the regression
considerably, from 40% to 31%.
