Subject: [PATCH 5.10 03/21] xfs: hoist recovered rmap intent checks out of xfs_rui_item_recover
Date: Thu, 1 Oct 2026 20:21:16 +0530	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <10a13160aa09457acebca9676e7b08a142fe1f4d.1790866131.git.siddh.raman.pant@oracle.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <cover.1790866131.git.siddh.raman.pant@oracle.com>

From: "Darrick J. Wong" <darrick.wong@oracle.com>

When we recover a rmap intent from the log, we need to validate its
contents before we try to replay them. Hoist the checking code into a
separate function in preparation to refactor this code to use validation
helpers.
