Not sure if this will help, but ASUS just released a BIOS update for
those of us struggling with the Dual-Opteron Mobo, K8N-DL.
You should be able to grab it here:
http://support.asus.com/download/download.aspx?Type=All&model=K8N-DL
If not, I can email it to you....
