This represents the current batch of outstanding bug fixes (mostly
driver bug fixes, but one mid-layer update to support fixing a driver
bug).

The patch is available from:

The Short changelog is:

o fc_transport: stop creating duplicate rport entries

Brian King:
o scsi: scsi command retries off by one fix
  o sg: Remove aha1542 hack

Christoph Hellwig:
o megaraid_sas: fix physical disk handling
o scsi: handle ->slave_configure return value

Jgen E. Fischer:
o aha152x: fix variable use before initialisation and other bugs

Matthew Wilcox:
o Fix uninitialised width and speed in sym2

Ralf Bhle:
  o Delete duplicate driver template
