Subject: [PATCH 12/16] iommu/amd: Add initialization routines for AMD interrupt remapping
Date: Fri, 28 Sep 2012 14:24:02 +0200	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <1348835046-3262-13-git-send-email-joerg.roedel@amd.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <1348835046-3262-1-git-send-email-joerg.roedel@amd.com>

Add the six routines required to setup interrupt remapping
with the AMD IOMMU. Also put it all together into the AMD
specific irq_remap_ops.
