[GIT PULL 0/5] PHY: Fixes for 3.17 -rc cycle

Hi Greg,

Please find the pull request for this -rc cycle. It consistes of a regression
fix to runtime PM on OMAP (cc'ed stable) and few other minor fixes.

Please consider merging it in this -rc cycle.
