[PATCH 0/9] perf tools: Intel PT preparation continued

Here are the remaining Intel PT preparation patches, re-based
on your current tree.

Changes:

      perf tools: Add id index
		Added more explanation to commit messsage

      perf tools: Add a thread stack for synthesizing call chains
		Added out-of-memory warnings
		Improved thread_stack__pop() loop
