[PATCH] drivers/tty/nozomi.c: rename CONFIG_MAGIC

The CONFIG_ prefix is reserved for Kconfig options in Make and CPP
syntax.  CONFIG_MAGIC is a file local CPP identifier so strip the prefix
to apply to Kconfig's naming convention.
