- Add devm_reset_control_get_optional_exclusive (Philipp Zabel).

Version 2:
- Put back Synopsys mipi dsi unused registers.
- Add devm_reset_control_get_exclusive to follow explicit reset API.
- Add a missing commit message & reviewed-by.

Version 1:
- Initial commit

The purpose of this set of patches is to clean up the mipi dsi dw
Synopsys drm bridge.
