[PATCH 2/2] MAINTAINERS: Mark hyperv_fb driver Obsolete

The hyperv_fb driver is deprecated in favor of Hyper-V DRM driver. Split
the hyperv_fb entry from the hyperv drivers list, mark it obsolete.
