Thanks Jason, that settles it for me: CSxxxx parts use "cortina", the
CAxxxx parts of Cortina Access use "cortina-access". v2 keeps
"cortina,cs7542" and "cortina,cs7542-uart" and the dts in
arch/arm/boot/dts/cortina/, unless the DT maintainers want something
else.
