this just duplicates that available on kernelnewbies.org
As this is static and kernelnewbies.org isn't, I feel it is much more sensible
to tell people to go there instead.
fwiw, kernel-docs.txt is way out of date too. I've asked the maintainer about it
but never got a satisfactory reply.
