My port of Rik's rmap12d to 2.4.18-pre9 is available at
http://den.st/nick/2.4.18-pre9-rmap12d.bz2
Should be applyed against 2.4.18-pre9.
I have not any confirmation how good is it (especially from Rik),
so use it at your own risk :)
