ac97_codec patch for 2.4.20 - 2.4.21-preX

hello,

this is a short patch to correct the ac97_codec.h in kernel 2.4.20 up to
2.4.21-pre7. It was extracted from the patch-2.4.21-pre5-ac3. Now the
kernel compiles fine :)
