Hello!

While beeing very happy in 2.5 that the keyboard was very fast in
2.6 the repeat rate is as slow as in 2.4 again!
I don't know if just test4 is the problem or test1-3, too.

I could test test3/test1, to find out where the change occured.
Does anyone know why this was changed?
