I've not seen this one before; had no compile problems with any of the 2.6.0 
series, in fact.  Config is unchanged from test8, and I did a "make clean" 
before building, just for luck...  I've had a very quick look and can't see 
anything obvious, but it's late and I'm tired.  Thought I should report it, 
at least.

Compiler is gcc 2.95.3 on x86 (Athlon box); kernel is vanilla, patched 
cleanly against working test8.
