[BK PATCH] USB fixes for 2.4.24-pre1

Hi,

Here are some USB bugfixes and changes against 2.4.24-pre1.  There is
one new driver (w9968cf) and a nice update of the usb printer driver.
Everything else is small updates that are present in 2.6 (or in the
patch queue for 2.6 acceptance.)
