hmm, I don't think there's much in the way of cpufreq changes in -mm.
Would you be able to try just 2.6.0 plus
ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/akpm/patches/2.6/2.6.0/2.6.0-mm1/broken-out/acpi-20031203.patch
