Hi,
GCC 3.4 is now outputting error message when function marked always_inline
can't be inlined for wathever reason.  This include the case of function
body not being present in current compilation unit at all.  With current
always_inline hack in kernel, it is necessary to provide body to function
marked as inlined (otherwise the mark is ignored).
The patch removes such inline keywords that are ignored by older compilers
anyway.
