Someone else was seeing something similar.  Reverting

	ftp://ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/people/akpm/patches/2.6/2.6.2-rc1/2.6.2-rc1-mm1/broken-out/sysfs-pin-kobject.patch

apparently fixed it.
