These look like the right thing to do, but one caller of
SliceBlock() has no error handling:

mmAllocMem():

	p = SliceBlock(p,startofs,size,0,mask+1);
	p->heap = heap;
	return p;

However, callers of mmAllocMem() do have failure handling.
