Subject: [PATCH for 2.6.22] [7/10] x86: Disable KPROBES with DEBUG_RODATA for now
Date: Wed, 20 Jun 2007 12:23:35 +0200 (CEST) [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20070620102335.ECB5914AD0@wotan.suse.de> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <200706201223.443613000@suse.de>
Right now Kprobes cannot write to the write protected kernel text when
DEBUG_RODATA is enabled. Disallow this in Kconfig for now.
Temporary fix for 2.6.22. In .23 add code to temporarily
unprotect it.
