Above includes include/generated/autoconf.h but page-types does not.

Try adding in Documentation/vm/Makefile something like:

HOSTCFLAGS_page-types.o += -I$(objtree)/usr/include

or

HOSTCFLAGS_page-types.o += $(LINUXINCLUDE)
