Just a question. No way does it vanish - we are proud of that heritage. Kim, removing copyrights is a big no-no. Even if we wanted to do it (we don't) legally it can typically only be done when something has been 100% rewritten and independently authored - which is clearly not the case here. Thanks, Ingo
