The interrrupt 47 shows (with powertop) a curious "Description" :

[@^EM-W] <interrupt>

under a stable Gentoo Linux at a Thinkpad T400  - the BIOS is the latest 
available. FWIW I attached the output of the command  $>cat /proc/interrupts
