Subject: [PATCH 4.7 24/31] x86/mm/pkeys: Do not skip PKRU register if debug registers are not used
Date: Fri, 14 Oct 2016 14:55:08 +0200	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20161014122716.238382698@linuxfoundation.org> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20161014122715.235592611@linuxfoundation.org>

4.7-stable review patch. If anyone has any objections, please let me know.

------------------

From: Nicolas Iooss <nicolas.iooss_linux@m4x.org>

commit ba6d018e3d2f6a0fad58a668cadf66b2d1f80f59 upstream.

__show_regs() fails to dump the PKRU state when the debug registers are in
their default state because there is a return statement on the debug
register state.

Change the logic to report PKRU value even when debug registers are in
their default state.
