Documentation: enforcement-statement: name updates

Here are 12 patches for the
Documentation/process/kernel-enforcement-statement.rst that add new
names, fix the ordering of them, remove a duplicate, and remove some
company markings that wished to be removed.

All of these have passed the 0-day testing, even-though it is just a
documentation file update :)
