Right, but I meant this series in its current form doesn't actively make things worse for existing users. That is, the act of modularizing schedutil has no impact on those who compile it in (because I agree that would be a solid reason for refusing that series), and they are still perfectly free to do so. The 'new' users who deliberately decide to compile it as a module will have to pay that price, but that is their choice. And in the Android case, as you've understood, this is a price we are ready to pay. Thanks, Quentin
