Remove casting the values returned by memory allocation function.

Coccinelle emits WARNING:

./drivers/net/ethernet/cavium/liquidio/octeon_device.c:1155:14-36: WARNING:
 casting value returned by memory allocation function to (struct octeon_dispatch *) is useless.
