Would it make sense to write it like:

	this_state.mm = this_cpu_read(cpu_tlbstate.is_lazy) ?
			&init_mm : this_cpu_read(cpu_tlbstate.loaded_mm);

Possibly with that wrapped in a conveniently named helper function.
