Tracing fixes for 5.13:

 - Fix the length check in the temp buffer filter

 - Fix record mcount handling of st_shndx

 - Fix build failure in bootconfig tools for "fallthrough" macro

 - Fix error return of bootconfig apply_xbc() routine
