[PATCH] media: uvcvideo: Fix InterfaceProtocol for Quanta camera

The device is using a different InterfaceProtocol than the one set in
the original quirk.

This was fixed on the last version of the patchset. Unfortunately I did
checked that it was the version merged :(.
