The driver used to have an indirect dependency on CONFIG_REGMAP via
CONFIG_MFD_SYSCON -> CONFIG_REGMAP_MMIO -> CONFIG_REGMAP until
commit 8ecfaca7926f ("mux: mmio: add generic regmap bitfield-based
multiplexer").
