And I can reproduce this on 6.4-rc1. fault-injection systems are "fake" and for many issues in the tty/console layer, we really do not care about them as they the failures can never be triggered in real life. Are you sure this is not such a issue? Try to fix this up by adding the needed "error handling" to the place where the fault injection was causing the failure, and see if that really is realistic or not. good luck! greg k-h
