Subject: [PATCH] kswapd: Replace try_to_freeze to kthread_freezable_should_stop.

Instead of using try_to_freeze, use kthread_freezable_should_stop in
kswapd.
By this, we can avoid unnecessary freezing when kswapd should stop.
