Subject: [PATCH v3 09/13] rust: hrtimer: add `hrtimer::ScopedTimerPointer`
Date: Thu, 17 Oct 2024 15:04:36 +0200 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20241017-hrtimer-v3-v6-12-rc2-v3-9-59a75cbb44da@kernel.org> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20241017-hrtimer-v3-v6-12-rc2-v3-0-59a75cbb44da@kernel.org>
Add the trait `ScopedTimerPointer` to allow safe use of stack allocated
timers. Safety is achieved by pinning the stack in place while timers are
running.
Implement the trait for all types that implement `UnsafeTimerPointer`.
