Create a single source of truth for agent instructions with
symlinks for all major coding agents:
- CLAUDE.md (Claude Code)
- .github/copilot-instructions.md (GitHub Copilot)
- .cursorrules (Cursor)
- .codeium/instructions.md (Codeium)
- .continue/context.md (Continue)
- .windsurfrules (Windsurf)
- GEMINI.md (Gemini)
