Adds new `WwMutex` functions (`lock`, `lock_interruptible`,
`lock_slow`, `lock_slow_interruptible` and `try_lock`) that
can be used without `WwAcquireCtx`. This provides simpler API
when deadlock avoidance grouping is not needed.
