[PATCH] hwmon: (dell-smm) Add Dell G5 5505 to fan control whitelist

Allow manual PWM control on Dell G5 5505 (and SE).

I tested this on my Dell G5 5505 SE, although there only seem to be
three fan speeds regardless of the actual PWM setting (off, somewhere in
the middle, and max).
