[PATCH 2/2] LoongArch: Set FAULT_FLAG_INSTRUCTION in __do_page_fault()

The page-fault handler never sets the FAULT_FLAG_INSTRUCTION flag.

Set FAULT_FLAG_INSTRUCTION for faults related to instruction fetches.
