[PATCH v2 4/4] KVM: s390: Document the KVM_CAP_S390_HPAGE_2G capability

Document the KVM_CAP_S390_HPAGE_2G capability, which behaves very
similarly to the existing KVM_CAP_S390_HPAGE_1M.
