Fix handling of _PAGE_UNUSED pte bit. The bit was lingering around
longer than it should have, causing issues.
This patch replaces "s390/pgtable: Unconditionally clear _PAGE_UNUSED"
which also solved the issue in practice, but in the wrong way.
