Subject: [for-next][PATCH 15/16] tracing: Use strscpy() instead of strcpy() in trace_sched_switch
Date: Tue, 28 Jul 2026 20:05:38 -0400 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20260729000557.500865716@kernel.org> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20260729000523.093060274@kernel.org>
From: Po-Sheng Lin <posheng.lin.tw@gmail.com>
Replace strcpy() with strscpy() in __trace_find_cmdline() for
consistency with the existing strscpy() call in the same function,
and to avoid potential buffer overflow as flagged by the Kernel
Self Protection Project.
