[PATCH] gpio: altera: Fix build failure caused by undeclared 'irq'

Use 'mapped_irq' instead of the undefined 'irq' variable in
altera_gpio_probe().

The incorrect variable name causes the driver to fail to build with
an 'irq' undeclared error.
