I think we need to know any point which sctrl is resetting which ictrl.
Without this information it will be difficult to implement CCR standard.
We use struct nvmet_ccr for two purposes:

- Generate CCR logpage on sctrl.
- Know which sctrl needs to send AEN when ictrl exits.
