This fixes CONFIG_DRM_USE_DYNAMIC_DEBUG dependent addition of -DDYNAMIC_DEBUG_MODULE, which is needed to enable dyndbg-does-drm-debug when only DYNAMIC_DEBUG_CORE is enabled.
